The Classical Story Structure 

• Take a look at the picture below
• How could we describe the structure of such a story?
• What genres could follow such structure? 
• Do you know any movies, shows, books, or otherwise, which could
  fit into the structure? 

Variations on Story Structure

• Take a look at these other examples of, how to build up a story.  
• Talk about what kinds of stories, you imagine could follow these structures?
• Which one fits best with horror-stories? Why? 
• What do the five structures have in common, and what makes them different from each other?
